At Redeckers Home Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item you’ve received, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Important: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with authorization and instructions for your return.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bath & Body products (opened items)
  • Beauty & Perfume products (opened items)
  • Grooming products (opened items)
  • Face products (opened items)
  • Drinkware (used items)
  • Bedding (without original packaging)

Note: We may make exceptions if items arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

Refund Information

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
