Shipping Information
We are thrilled to offer international shipping to bring our products to your doorstep, no matter where you are (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after it ships.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after it ships.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to you.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Redeckers purchases. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process is designed for your convenience.
Important Policy Details:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the date you receive your items.
- All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Submit a Request: Email our friendly Customer Care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the template provided at the bottom of this page to ensure we have all the information we need to help you quickly.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with authorization and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
- Ship Your Return: Once approved, please securely package the item and ship it to the address we provide. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items once they have been opened or used:
- Bath & Body products (if opened)
- Beauty & Perfume products (if opened)
- Grooming products (if opened)
- Face products (if opened)
- Drinkware (if used)
- Bedding (if the original packaging is not intact)
Please note: Exceptions will be made if any items arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if this is the case.
Refund Information
After we inspect your returned item, here’s what you can expect:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your statement in 1-2 billing cycles.
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item to you.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, was defective, or if we made an error in your order.
