5. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, and hygiene reasons once opened or used:

Refunds

• Credit/Debit Cards: Processed within 5-10 business days, appearing on your statement in 1-2 billing cycles
• PayPal: Processed back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
